Pony Cum Jar Project refers to a series of viral 4chan threads posted past an anonymous /mlp/ user in which he shared progress photographs of a glass jar containing a Rainbow Dash figurine which he had been filling with semen. The project gained notoriety afterwards on Nov 27th, 2014, the user reported that he had accidentally heated the contents of the jar, with the story widely reported in the media. In the following years, the Pony Cum Jar Project became a popular reference on social media, with some users recreating the project with other figurines.

Origin

On April 1st, 2014, an anonymous 4chan user posted a photograph of a glass jar containing a figuring of My Little Pony graphic symbol Rainbow Nuance, with the jar too containing a small amount of homo sperm (shown beneath, left; epitome non archived).^[1] In the postal service, the user described the jar and its contents as "pony cum jar projection." On Nov 30th, 2014, Tumblr user cooldudebro posted the photo of the jar from the November 27th thread, quoting the mail service (shown beneath).^[7] The post received over 21,700 likes and reblogs in 5 years.

In the following days, the story was widely circulated online, with multiple blogs and news outlets reporting on the thread. This included posts by Equus caballus News,^[8] Jezebel,^[9] Buzzfeed^[10] and Gawker.^[11]

In the post-obit years, the user backside the project made more than follow-up posts on the projects. For example, on February 6th, 2016, the user revealed that he was employing a carve up jar for ejaculation and pouring the product into the original ane (shown below, left).^[12] On January 9th, 2017, the user announced that he had tansfered the Rainbow Dash figurine and the rest of the jar contents into some other, more than meaty jar, also providing a video documenting the procedure (postal service shown below, correct).^[xiii]

On October 4th, 2019, iFunny user MikuCumJarProject (User_69420) announced that he will be filling a drinking glass jar containing a Hatsune Miku figurine with his sperm,^[20] with the October eighth post which showed the figurine and the jar beingness delivered gaining over 2,000 smiles (posts shown below, middle and left).^[21] However, as of Dec 11th, 2019, no images confirming that the projects had been started were posted. Starting on November 21st, 2019, iFunny user EpsteinCumJarProject (too EpsteinCoomJarProject) posted progress photographs of a jar containing a Jeffrey Epstein figurine being filled with semen (instance shown below, correct).^[22] ^[23]
